Growing Happiness is a blog about sharing growth, gratitude and inspiration. Despite its name, Growing Happiness is not about gardening (here’s a site if you’re into that, though).

My name’s Marlina and I’m a designer/illustrator. I’m married to a wonderful man (referred to simply as B here). I usually sign my name simply as “M” and Ginger was my oldest, dearest cat who died in 2007. You can call me Marlina, Ginger or M, I don’t mind any of these. But please note that I do not have red hair and it would be kinda weird if you call me by my dead cat’s name in real life. (Does anyone read About pages these days?)

The best thing about Lovely Room is the emails I got from people telling me how some of my posts have inspired them. This is one of the main reasons I decided to start this blog. I hope this website will make my readers happy and in turn multiply our collective happiness, hence the name Growing Happiness.
