Swimming! I love to swim, and here's what I've been doing: I go to a local gym I've joined and do 2000 meters on the rowing machine (upper body) and fifteen minutes on the Stairmaster (lower body). Then as a reward to myself I go and swim for twenty minutes to half an hour--or sometimes more if the pool's empty. It sounds crazy, but more exercise is my reward for...exercising. But swimming is very relaxing to me, and basically I'm just doing slow breastroke laps back and forth---nothing serious.
